Visitor Access Control

When considering Access Control, you must include provisions for allowing visitors access after normal business hours. Depending a the tenant to have someone wait at the door to allow visitors entry and maintain security in most cases will not happen. Many tiomes the door will simply be propped open allowing anyone entry into the building. Therefore the means of visitors gaining access after hours can be accomplished through the use of a Visitor Entry System. There are many manufacturers depending on your application. (Contact our Sales Team for more details) They all use a very simple technique. The visitor pushes a 3 or 4 digit code and the system in turn dials the a programmed phone number for the tenant. The tenant merely answers the phone and visitor identifies themself then the tenant presses a number on the phone momentarily unlocking the door for the visitor to enter. The door closes behind them and remains in secure mode.
